Lisa Partoens

Lisa studies wetland connectivity in the Western Palearctic in the context of water bird migration. She simulates effects of sea level rise on connectivity and checks of connectivity varies throughout the year as wetlands shrink and refill. Finally, she also investigates the effectiveness of EU LIFE projects that focused on wetland restoration on water bird species.
